The latest Ghost of Yotei-centric State of Play details gameplay, story, and more as Atsu takes on the Yotei 6 after they murder her family and propel her motivations forward. Players will be able to explore Ezo at their own pace, whether they choose to focus on combat, story, or taking in the sights. Interrogate enemies along the way to find new points of interest, quests, and more. As players progress, Atsu's legend of being an Onryo grows among the population, allowing for stronger enemies to step up to face her. Find Bounties across the land and even track Bounties placed on Atsu's head to gain resources. Exploring the lands of Ezo has never been more accessible as riding through flowers offer a speed boost. Make use of a suite of weapons, including a katana, dual-blades, spear, and more that have their own upgrade paths for expanded usefulness in combat. Along the journey, Atsu will rest amongst the stars to eat food, hear stories, and more.Customization takes a huge step forward with new sword decals, charms, and armor to make Atsu personalized to the player. Special Modes will also be incorporated in Ghost of Yotei, such as the Photo Mode, Japanese VO with lip sync and English subtitles, and the return of Kurosawa mode, offering a black-and-white look to Ghost of Yotei.
